I have the task pane in Word 2003 opened at startup. The behavior I would like if for the
Task Pane to open when word start, but to close when a document is opened. Currently it
stays open, thus overlaying portions of the open document. In Excel 2003, the task pane
opens when Excel starts, but closes when you open a document. I'd like this behavior in
Word (and Powerpoint) as well.
Can't seem to find anything in Options relating to this. Anyone have some
ideas/suggestions?
