Hi,

Can anyone help me how to show/hide the task pane(menu bar) in MS Access.

On the Menu bar click Tools > Startup
There are options here to enable/disable toolbars and database windows.

To disable the Menu Bar you have to create your own one to use instead with
no buttons on. You can do this by clicking View > Toolbars > Customize...
Click on New... enter a name and save the bar, go in the properties and
change the type to a 'Menu Bar'. In the Startup window select this menu bar
as the default bar.
