Task publish status

I have been experimenting with different managers publishing publishing
different tasks and had some questions. Within Project, is there a way to
tell:

Who the manager for a task or resource is? I.e. who will get the email \
PWA updates when a resource updates a task?
When a task was last published, if at all?
When a task was last updated by a user?
