Task recurrence

P

Pillllows

Is there any way to have a task that is set up for daily recurrence NOT show
up until the next day once it is marked complete? The default now is that it
shows up automatically in the list for the next day. My concern is real
estate on my screen...if they simply wouldn't show up until after midnight
they wouldn't crowd out some tasks on the list that are a few days away.

I thought I might not have been clear. It shows up once the first is
dismissed, but I don't want it to show up when the first one is dismissed
UNTIL the clock strikes midnight of the next day. Can that be set up in
Outlook? I'm using 2007

No. you'd have to wait until midnight to dismiss the first task.

A commonly used workaround is to make a recurring event and use reminders on
it.
