A co-worker sent me a Task Request. It came with the following
message: "This message with restricted permission cannot be viewed in
the reading pane until you verify your credentials. Open the item to
read its contents and verify your credentials." When I try to open
the item, I get a pop-up saying "Cannot open this item. Array index
out of bounds." I am unable to delete the item either. Any help or
direction would be appreciated.
