Task requests arrive as e-mail, no change to Outlook-RTF possible

Hi,
I need somedody's help!
My company uses an outlook exchange server, but as I get task requests by
internet e-mail, they arrive as e-Mails and not as requests in my personnel
outlook 2003. We solved this problem some months ago, but after a change it
came back. Let me tell you the whole story:
1. first, task requests arrived as e-mail, no options to confirm/decline.
2. we changed my contact on the exchange server: double-click on my
mail-adress (in the contact), we change "internet format" to "send in outlook
rich text format"
3. everything became good, task requests arrived with "confirm/decline etc."
buttons, v-cards as v-cards etc and not as winmail.dat
4. but not for long!
5. 3 months later, the company installed an e-mail-forwarder for me
([email protected] was forwarded to my personnel e-mail-adresse)
6. From this moment on, task requests did again arrive as plain e-mails. My
contact data is in die exchange server, but no change to "send in outlook
rich text format (rtf)" is anymore possbile. the button remains grey - no
change.

Help! Who can help me? I big big Thank you, fame and honor in advance!

Changes are that, in #5, the company created a contact in the central directory for use in forwarding items to you, but did not set that contact so that it, too, has the "send in Outlook rich-text format" option set.

Hi Sue,
I know this is the problem. But HOW can I change it? (in my contact on the
global server list, "internet options" remains grey and cannot not be changed
to outlook rtf).
