Task scheduling question.

hi All,

Iam a newbie to the project server world. Iam wondering if I can create
a bunch of dependent tasks in a project, and as soon as one resource
marks their task as complete the resource next in que gets the
notification about it ?
In other words we are trying to explore use of project for managing our
workflow.

Any comments or pointers would be appreciated.
