Hi just trying to get my head around using Tasks.
I have the standard folder named Tasks which contains tasks for various
projects sorted using different Categories. I want to share the tasks of one
Catagory with a particular collegue but not all the tasks in the Task folder.
I tried creating a new folder/sub folder, but every time I save a new task in
this folder a message appears saying that no reminders will be generated.
1. Is there an option I need to set on these new folders?
2. Can I share sub folders?
3. Is this the best way to attain what I'm trying to.. ie What would be the
best way to manage the task lists with multiple people and multiple projects?
(without them all getting all of the tasks).
