Task spreading in MS Project Professional 2007

Problem is the following:
After clicking F9 (in case of setting project manual recalculation), task is
spread out in duration, at that reducing resource workload percent until it
becomes 0%, value of planned works remains the same, in time scale for each
day the smaller value of planned works is stated (for example, the first
recalculation – 0,5h, the second recalculation – 0,2h, the third
recalculation – 0,1h, ..., n recalculation – 0,01h and so on ...). Task type
– Fixed work.
As a rule, this situation is observed in case when several resources with
different percent of workload and different quantity of hours planned for
performance are assigned to task. Similar cases of tasks’ spreading out in
case of re-planning with deviation of performed task, for example, for 50%
for week ahead were noticed also. I.e. task was reported, time was confirmed,
task was performed for 50%, then priority of task performance was revised and
task was re-planned for performance in one week.
Sometimes this problem is observed even in tasks that were not started and 1
resource was assigned to them.
Pictures with example are below:

How can I avoid this problem?

1. Is the assignment contour set to flat?
2. If yes, can you send me the file to have a look? I can't read the Russian
