Task Status Reports re-generate after assigned task is completed.

Hello - one of our users has an issue whereby after clicking on the 'Mark
Complete' icon of an assigned task, the Completed Task status report will
continue to generate every couple of days. This then confuses the assignor,
as they keep receiving these reports. We have recreated her Outlook Profile
and even her server profile and the problem persists. Only user with issue.
