Task Summary view: Resource names above gantt bar?

How do I get the resource names to show above the bar in the task summary
gantt chart view? They appear for all the sub-tasks when summary task filter
is not applied, but not on the sumary task bar.

I want to print out a task summarygantt chart view, but I need to see all
the resources that are assigned to a particular task summary (we are a small
organization, there are no more than 6 resources assigned to any task). The
resource name column is also blank at the summary level.

I have tried the gantt chart wizard, but nothing happens in the summary view.
