Task Update Approval e-mail URL

When a project task is updated by a team member, as project manager, I
receive an e-mail notice to approve or reject the update. In the e-mail, the
statement below the list of submitted tasks reads, "To view and respond to
the changes, please connect to your Project Web Access resource task changes
page at
http://project.covantage.com/ProjectServer/Transactions/TaskTransactions.asp?FilterBy=1."
When I double click on this link it task me to the PWA Update page. I then
accept the update and receive an error message stating that I need project
2002 or project 2003 professional to perform this action or to verify that a
correct account for project server has been setup. I find know problem with
either.

I have discovered a work-around for this as follows, I noticed that when I
click on the home page and then selected the updates page, followed by
accepting the task updates & clicking on the updates button, then I did not
get an error message and the update open project in order that the approved
tasks could be published. When you click on the update page, the URL is
"http://project/projectserver/Transactions/TaskTransactions.asp?_oid=-1"

The difference is "FilterBy=1" vs "?_oid=-1"

How can I correct or change the URL listed on the updates notification e-mail?
