Task Update Notifications - 100% Completed Tasks

I saw a post linked below from last August where Project Server 2007 was
sending alert messages on completed tasks and in the post this was identified
as a known issue. The last comment was that this was not resolved in SP1 or
the Infrastructure update. Does anyone know if this has been resolved since
then (in one of the cumulative updates)?

There is a fix in December CU for Notifications being sent for tasks with
publish field set to NO, now that is not exactly what you have, but maybe it
covers completed tasks.
