Task update problem in Project 2003

After accepting % pressing the update button, the new project is loaded , and the Task information being updated in the project. However these tasks appear in the update scree, when next time we go to that screen. Ideally it should be removed but in this case it is not.

We were using Project 2002 with SQL 2000 & recently I upgraded it to Project 2003 on Windows 2003 with SQL 2000 (SP3). Please help me to solve this problem.
