I have noticed an issue with Project Server 2003 (SP1)
when updating tasks. There is a dialog that pops-up when
a team member submits task updates - this dialog notifies
that the updates will be sent to the "Original Project
Plan Owner". However I have changed the plan owner to
another resource (Project Manager), but only the resource
that originally published the plan is ever mentioned.
I thought that if you changed the "Plan Owner" of a
project plan (PWA > Projects > Edit), they then assume
all responsibilities for that project - especially the
accept/reject of task updates from team members.
Hope someone can shed some light on this matter.
