Task Updates - Date Range

I'm using PS2007...

In PWA | Approvals | Task Updates, is there a way to change the defaulted
dates in the Date Range fields. Mine are defaulting 11/11/2008 to 3/31/2010.
I have to change them everytime and was wondering if there's some place I or
the system admin can change the default to at least 1/1/2010 to 3/31/2010? In
my situation, it doesn't matter if it's an indivisional setting or a setting
that everyone will benefit from.

Along the same lines...
I am using the timesheet cube and the Time field lists 1994 all the way to
2049. Is there a way to change this to 2008 to 2049? You have to scroll down
to 2009 or 2010 then drill down to quarters, etc.

No sure about 1, but for 2, pre-set the dates in the view (server settings)
for the current year/period. That way you'll only need to change it once per
period, rather than each time....

The starting date on the Task Updates page defaults to the Start date of the
earliest starting in-progress task. Do you have a task that is still
currently in-progress that started on 11/11/2008 and is scheduled to finish
on 3/31/10, by chance? If so, there is no way to change how the system
works. Hope this helps.
