Task updates don't show correct % completion on Server

Hi,

I fill in my resource timesheet ..work: 50 hrs ...actual work: 40 hrs
.....save timesheet.

Now i go to task update: import timesheet data .. %complete is calculated to
80% ... i go and change remaining work to 20 hrs ..and recalculate and save
... the %complete still remains 80% ....

%complete will only be re-calculated once the update is approved by the PM.
