Task updates will not disappear

We have a PM that will accept task updates in PWA, and when the process is
complete, she will get an error message that says "Unknown Error" and the
task updates will not disappear from the Updates view. The changes she
accepts appear to all be integrated into the schedule, but since she gets an
error she has to check each one to make sure the update took, which, of
course, defeats the purpose of accepting updates via PWA.

Has anyone else seen this, and if so, were you able to resolve it?

accepting updates also requires Project Professional: does your PM have
this software correctly installed?
