Hello,

We have some third parties updating our project all around the world.
After the project leaders accept the updates our suppliers send, they
complain about the information that has gone to the project pro aren't the
same as they provided.

We asked them to print screen the time sheet and send to us. We have
verified that what they are typing are not the task progress that is in
project pro.

Does anybody knows what happens? and what is the solution?

Can you provide an example of what a task looked like in Project before
(start, finish, work, actual work, etc) before the update, what the update
was and then what it looked like after the update?

William:

The most common reason for actual work changing when it hits Project
Professional coming from Web Access is the use of Fixed Duration tasks whose
behavior is to spread the work reported across the planned duration using
the planned start and finish dates. Could this be what you're seeing?

If not, you've got to provide more information as Brian stated.
