Task Usage question

Hi all

I have one question for the task usage view.
I used Text1 to have the project codes.
I used Custom Group by to get the
resource names and project codes to see the utilisation
of my resources.
It displays the resource and below
the project codes
Two questions:
1. When I display % it does not show it. It shows work, but % alloc.
in
the details view is empty
And even worse:
When I assign two resources to a task it displays them as the other
individual resources.
So I get
Res A
Project Code qqq
Res B
Project Code www
Project Code qqq
Res A; Res B
Project Code qqq

But I want to have the resources individually.
Thanks
Kay

Kay,
I guess you decided you couldn't send me your file.

Did you ever get the Text1 information correctly entered into the
resource and assignment fields? If not, then that might be why you don't
see Percent Allocation data. Let me ask it this way. If you display a
fully exploded Resource Usage view, is there an entry in Text1 for all
lines, both those with an ID (resource) and those without an ID
(assignment)?

From your sample display it looks like you are applying grouping to the
Gantt Chart view. The only way to see resources individually is to use
either the Resource Usage view or the Task Usage view. In the first
case, each resource will show individually as a resource. In the latter
case, each resource will show individually as an assignment.

Yep I did
And playing with the timescale I also got what I wanted
