Guys,
I have been searching for an answer for sometime now but with No Luck!
Let me give an example scenario first:
- A Contractor has 30,000 Square feet of floor Tiling works to be done. (this info is added to a Column Number1 Titled 'BOQ').
- He has 20 workers known by name, and they get paid based on their productivity.
The Contractor needs to capture not only the workers hours; but also their daily output (How many sq. Feet of Tiles each has fixed).
- The Contractor wishes to use the Physcial Progress % (not simply duration based progress). Hence, the Sum of the individuals production is required to calculate Physical Progress % against the task.
The Question is: How do you add a row in the Task Usage view (in the time phased side) to enter the Daily Production (similar to the Daily Actuals Work), and Have it totaled by Resource and then over the whole task.
Thanks
Husam
