Task View - Save Changes button does not always work

I noticed that a few times when I pressed the Save Changes button I did not
get the message "Your changes have been saved to the project server......"
and my entered time was not saved. This seems intermittent.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas?

When you enter time for a task in timesheet, make sure to click any other
cell in time sheet before hitting 'Save Changes'. Else you won't see that
confirmation popup window & hence your time will not be saved.

Try that & you'll see the difference.

Seems like cells in timesheet capture entered data only if you click out of
that particular cell.

That was exactly it. It's not really a bug but it is confusing for new users
who don't know they should get a response from the system when they click on
Save Changes. Now that they are aware of this they'll know to look for the
confirmation message before exiting.
