Task views (search) not saving = very frustrating

I've setup categories in Entourage 08 to manage work I send employees and I've setup a Task View with the following settings:
Search = "Everything"
"Match if all criteria are met"
"Category" "is" "JWM" where the initials are my staff. And then
"To Do Flag" "is" "Not Completed".

In theory this should show me all of the e-mails I've assigned to category JWM with a To Do flag that is not marked as complete. Unfortunately after I save the search and then come back to it, the only thing it saved was the "Category "is" "JWM". Sometimes it changes the "To Do Flag" "is" "Not completed" to "Item Contains" "Not completed". In either case, it shows me everything with category JWM, even those items that ARE completed...

This is very frustrating. Does anyone have possible solutions? Any help you can provide will be VERY MUCH appreciated.
Thanks,
jim

Jim,

I do not have a solution, but seem to experience the same problem.

I have several Exchange accounts, arriving in Entourage. I tried to save an advanced search that shows me all incoming mail for that day, excluding deleted items (on each account), excluding spam (on each account) and excluding 'sent items'.

So I have a search with several conditions. When I save it it work fine, but after a day or some some conditions disappear (there are blank fields in the lists of conditions), and after a few days more all conditions are mutilated or otherwise change in unpredictable ways....

Any help is very much appreciated...

Thanks RB, I'm glad to know I'm not alone.

Does anyone else have this problem or know of possible solutions?

One other item I should mention is that sometimes when I'm trying to edit the search and I use the "+" button to add another search term, often times, the pop-up menu list does not include the "To Do Flag" option at all...

Any thoughts from long-time users of Entourage? I'm new to the Mac and Entourage.
Thanks,
