There are basically three parts to the main Project structure. Tasks,
the discrete breakdown of effort to be accomplished to complete an
overall project plan, Resources, the labor or non-labor (e.g. material)
needed to expend effort to complete the tasks, and Assignments, the
bridge between the two.
To keep it simple, look at it this way. When in a Task type of view,
(e.g. Gantt Chart), assignments are the resources assigned to the task.
When in a Resource type of view, (e.g. Resource Usage), assignments are
the tasks the resource is assigned to complete.
