Hey, I was able to find a neat trick. You can add a Project Task web
part to a SharePoint site so that when you go to a particular project
site, the "live" schedule is there without having to go to PWA.
Here's my questions...
1. If you set the project site up for anonymous access (that is, you
want the public at large to see the page or you set it up for NT
authentication - anyone who authenticates), can those people who
access the site still see the project task list or ONLY if they are a
team member, project manager, blah, blah as setup by the functional
security?
2. I can't seem to find the mechanism to setup a Sharepoint site as
an anonymous site. Perhaps there's something missing somewhere that
is setup in the central administration web site. Please confirm.
Thanks,
Andy Novak
