TASK_RTF_NOTES and MSP_TEXT_FIELDS in Prj2K

All,

In Prj2K it appears that text added to the TASK_RTF_NOTES field
through the Project UI Notes tab is simultaneously added to
MSP_TEXT_FIELDS as well. Can anybody comment on how this happens, and
is the same true for more recent MSProject releases?

It is all part of the business logic of project.
It is done when the file is saved.
It happens the same way the task name is saved etc. etc. etc.
