Taskbar icon option

Using outlook 2003. I have it set to just show up in the icon tray when
minimized. When I want to do a manual send/receive I have to double click
the icon to maximize the program to get to the send/receive button. Is it
possible to add send/receive to the icon as a right click option so I don't
have to maximize the program everytime?
