TASKPAD error - attachments "operation Failed"

I have just started using the taskpad and am experiencing a few issues with
tasks that i have added attachments to.
The problem is that when I open the task, open the attachment and then close
the attachment, i am unable to open it again and receive an error message
which says "THE OPERATION FAILED".
I have tried to restart, close outlook, Detect & repair and have also
deleted the majority of items in my deleted/sent items incase it was a memory
issue - none of this helped...
