We just did a migrated from ps2003 to ps2007. When you migrate all tasks and
assignments are set to new -- which is not actually correct but acceptable.
When we went into my tasks, we get all the new tasks and tasks that are 100%
complete and completed many, many months ago.
In Chefetz and Howard, page 391, there is a claim that 10 days after a task
is complete that it should "disappear".
Exactly what is the operational definition of this 10 days after WHAT data?
In which table? There are lots and lots of dates. We SQL modified in
msp_publishing and msp_assignments the mod_date and assn_td_mod_date and
task_td_mod_date back many months as we don't really care. This did not make
things go away.
Is there a simple solution to making these completed, very old assignments
disappear?
