Tasks are not moving to new profile

Hi,

When I need to change the manager of some project and change the owner name
and republish the project with the new manager account but the few tasks are
still exist in the old manager "UPDATES" Section . and they are not moving
to the new manager profile why it is happening.

Micheal,

In Collaborate > Publish > Republish Assignments window, make sure to select
the check box 'Become the manager for these assignments'. Also make sure that
'Entire Project' is selected in the 'Republish Assignments for' drop down.

I've seen sometimes people have Current View or Selected Items selected
there. In that case the new person will become the manager of selective tasks.
