Tasks, Arrange By is grayed out on View menu

I would like to view my tasks by category but I Arrange By is grayed out when I am in Tasks. Can I do this? Can I create a custom Tasks Views item?

Click on any column heading to sort by that column. Click again to reverse
the sort.
