Tasks can't be accessed from email notification

When a user gets a notification telling them they've been
assigned a task, they click on the link and get this error:

The following file(s) have been blocked by the
administrator: /ProjectServer/Tasks/Taskspage.asp


They are already in the Team Members group, so what other
security setting should I be checking?

First check is to make sure the TM group is able to access
their tasks.

Admin > Manage Users and Groups > Groups > TM

Click the modify option

Add Tasks to the Selected Categories (if it's not there)
Review the allowed interactions to make sure they can see
and interact with tasks.
