Hello All - Issue with MS Office Xp, specifically the Outlook application on
a Windows XP Sp2 desktop.
When accessing Outlook from Outlook Web Access and clicking on the Tasks, it
opens just fine. However when using the MS Office, it closes with error:
Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience.
In the middle of the small pop up windows, it's a checked box and next to
it: Restart Microsoft Outlook.
I have come across this in MS Word where it pertains the normal.dot document
among other things however, this is happening on three other domain computer
where the client logs in. It only occurs when clicking/going into the Tasks.
Any ideas? Is it something on the Exchange server maybe?
Thanks,
A
