Tasks - Deletions

Good evening,

I am wanting to customise a form so that:

users are unable to delete the form once it is assigned to them.

or

I am emailed if a user deletes the form.

I have tried a number of approaches with no success, any assistance
owuld be greatly appreciated.

I am using O2K with no possibility of upgrade due to corporate desktop
policy.
