Tasks don´t appear updated in Project Pro 2007

Hello to everybody,

I am working with Project Pro 2007 and the company has been decided that the
resources should put the working hours from Project Web Acces to carry out
the tracking of the project.
Every resource puts his corresponding hours and the project manager approves
them without any problem from the web part. Nevertheless, when he opens
Project's planning, his changes do not appear and the tasks are not updated.
I have been looking for the reason of the failure, but I have not found
anything.
I hope that someone could give me some track. I am grateful in advance for
the given attention.

When you say "Open the projects planning" do you mean in MS project
2007 or In the Project Center ?
If it is the project Center i could suggest that the project is
published first. Without a publish the info wont be
displayed in Project Center.

If he opens the Shedule in MS Project 2007 the accepted changes should
appear unless something went wrong,
have you perused the queue for failed jobs yet ?
Another thing i could suggest is for the Project Manager to open the
schedule in MS Project when there are Updates pending
for approval, it will then show a dailog box stating that users have
submitted updates, by clicking on yes it will take him
directly to the Approval section within MS Project 2007 and the
approve from there and see if it works.

Hi Andre,

Thanks for your reply.
The project is published and the queue of failed jobs is empty.
The project manager opens the schedule in both places (project center and MS
Project), the tasks appear, but they are not updated....
He had already approved the tasks as the way you have explained, but it does
not work.
