Tasks duplicating themselves in Outlook 2007

Recently the tasks I have been recording in Outlook have been duplicating
themselves, ie, appearing twice in the task list. I also have this problem
in one of my Saved folders, the saved item appears twice. Any ideas?

You either have a View problem or you have been synchromising with a device
and that's messed this up.

Rest the View you are using or tell us about the sycnh software you are
using.
