Tasks - Error Msg

We upgraded to Win 2000 with Office 2002. Now I can not
use my task.

When I try to save one created I get the following error
msg.
'Could not complete operation. One or more parameter
values are not valid.'

I am also unable to open a task that my boss sends me.

Our IT have been unable to figure out what is wrong.

Please Help!
