Tasks folder crush

Hi,
Every time I try to open my outlook tasks folder, I
receive an error message and my outlook shuts down.

I've checked the event viewer, and this is the event:
Faulting application outlook.exe version 10.0.2627.1
faulting module outlib.dll, version 10.02627.1, fault
address 0x000371e2 (event ID 1000)

I'm using office XP, WinXP.

Any solutions?
