tasks going to Outlook tasks

I had been using an older verison of Project and once I assigned a task in
Project I was able to send that task to the person it was assigned to as a
task in Outlook. I can't seem to find this feature in Project 2007 standard
edition, does it exist ?

Hello Perella,

As Rob notes, the Workgroup messaging feature program was removed
from Project 2007. The closest you can come is the "set reminder"
button on the Tracking toolbar.
