tasks in 'view my tasks'

Hi,

I can view all the tasks in 'view my tasks' view on PWA. But some are
marked 'x' in the info box, which I had deleted from Proj Prof. Is
there any way of deleting the tasks permanently which show 'x' mark? Or
can I somehow hide these tasks? I am not able to see the hide icon as
well.

Please suggest

There is suppose a Hide Task button in the View My Tasks page.
