Tasks issue: Delegates page not available

One user has this issue: the user used to be able to share a Task list (not
the default Task List) but that functionality is gone. Permissions are
visible to other users inside the user's Outlook, but when trying to view the
Delegates page the "not available" message comes up. The probelm occurs in
Outllok 2003 and 2002 (two different workstations).

Delegating works fine for other users, as far as I can see.

I see articles referring to a fix in Active Directory but I feel this is one
user, not every one.

already tried the outlook /no rules fix, no effect.

thanks much for any input.

no luck with this but thanks anyway.

I'll try scanpst next, but then I may blow away the old profile and try to
rebuild with backups.

And you haven't set Outlook in off-line mode either?
File->deselect: Work Offline

No sir, I suspect the profile on the server has issues. I've run scanpst
repeatedly and it keeps coming up with errors on the OST file.

The ost-file is a local cache file on the client. You can rename it to .old
and it will be recreated.

There's a separate SCANOST program for the OST. You shouldn't use SCANPST
on an OST.
