Tasks not present in Timesheet under MyTasks

Hello,
We are using Project Server 2003. For some (not all) of the team members,
they are not able to see Tasks in Timesheet, where the team member is
assigned to the Tasks, and the Task is not complete.

What are the necessary conditions for Task to present in Team Members
timesheet. Same Team member has tasks from other Projects, but not all
projects.

1) Project is Published
2) Enterprise Resource (Team Member) is part of the Project Team (Build Team)
3) Resource (Team Member) is assigned to Tasks
4) Tasks are not complete (Actual Finish = NA)

You also need to make sure the assignments are "Commited" not "Proposed"
