Tasks not viewable after Publishing.

Here is a strange one.
Running Proj Server 2003 SP1.
Clients were all using Proj Pro 2002.
Upgraded the clients to Proj Pro 2003.
Now the Proj Pro 2003 clients cannot publish any new tasks.
No errors and the spooler is idle.
Setup a new PC with Proj Pro 2002 and it works.
Upgrade to Proj Pro 2003 and it doesn't.
Uninstalled off of the new PC and did a complete Proj Pro 2003 install.
Still no luck.
Any suggestions?
