Tasks problem

I dont know what its called in the english version, but
the function in "outlook shortcuts" on the left just
above "Noter" and below "kontaktpersoner" in the danish
version gives the opportunity to remind ones self of a
job that needs doing at some point and can be recurring.
I cant seem to find out why this function is repeating
its self and generating new reminders repeatedly every
week under the section "outlook today" together with all
my contacts.

Any help much appreciated
