Tasks that get worked on by more than one shift in a 24 Hr operati

I have a task that is 12 hours long, and the task starts after a previous 4
Hr task is completed. My resources are assigned by 12 Hr shifts, DAYSHIFT and
NIGHTSHIFT. Working 06:00 - 18:00. How do I get DAYSHIFT to start the task,
and have NIGHTSHIFT complete the remaining 4 HRS when they hand over at 18:00?
