Using xpro & outlook 2003
Am using multiple catorgy-based and labeled calendars to track
business tasks/appts. (Which btw, is working out great)
Dragging the already existing task to the chosen calendar works well.
Then I fill out the form (I make em repeating all day events mostly).
But the 'task' remains in task list.
I'm wondering if there's some simple way to mark it as 'calendared' So
I don't 'duplicate' ???
I know I can 'delete' the task once it is calendared, but would rather
keep it as a 'back up' reminder.
Ideas?
TIA
