Tasks vs Activities

Craig

In my project plan I have scheduled half a day foe a
meeting.

At the meeting I have an number of issues to discuss.

What is the best way to show this in the plan. Is it

a - place the issues in "Notes". I don't like this option
as it hides the information

b - create indent tasks with '0 days' below the meeting
task.

Can anyone suggest a better option.

Many thanks

Craig,
May I make a suggestion? If you are thinking of putting the agenda for a
4 hour meeting into Project, you are going into way too much detail. If
the agenda just has to be there, the Notes field is the right place. If
you need to see the agenda, I suggest you put it into Excel or Word.
Either of those apps are much more appropriate for that type of
information.

Just my opinion.

I'd put the issues in an agenda document in Word so you can print it off for
handouts, then put a hyperlink on the Project meeting task so you can click
to open the word file.
