Hi,
I was wondering how its best to use the Project Add-in for Outlook. I was
under the impression that the project tasks would be added to the Outlook
tasks but I gound the project tasks were added to the Outlook Calendar.
I also cam across this comment on one of the ms sites
"tasks that you import from Project Web Access do not become Outlook tasks,
they become Outlook appointments. Furthermore, Project tasks are viewable in
the Outlook calendar only, not in the Outlook task list. "
I find it harder to work with the tasks in the calendar. A task will still
appear over several days (it's scheduled time) even after it is 100% complete
before the due date. It makes it difficult to track what is complete and what
is outstanding if youhes lost of tasks assigned to you.
Is there any way simple way to distinguish copleted tasks with outstanding
tasks?
Thanks in advance
