Tasks

B

Bob Morrison

We have a situation where we want a task to be assigned to an individual but accepted by his delegate. IE A task is sent to an individual and accpeted by the delegate while the person assigned the task does nothing, and the delegate accepts the task. The person whom the tasks is assigned, never sees that is assigned and never has to accept it. We have set send on behalf permission, and there is no problem assigning the task. However when the task is accepted it goes back to the owner of the task's in box (return receipt type, typical of task assignment). Is there a setting to change this, or is there a more efficient way to do this. The calendering works great this.

Thanks for any help anyone might have or give.
