I want to be able to catagorize task into a few catagories like: Tommorow,
This Week, This Month, Long Term.

I would like to be able to have on the active task screen the ability to
group by these and drag/drop them as my priorties change.

I am using Outlook 2003.

Any Suggestions?

You can add a custom property and write the text into it. If you group the
view by that field, you can change the content of the field by dragging the
item to another group. But such a group is only visible as long as it
contains at least one item.
